24INTERFACE1009 – Steps to Release Object and method for BAPI function module
- Release the Function Module:
- Transaction Code: SE37
- Go to SE37 (Function Builder).
- Enter the name of your function module.
- From the menu, choose Function Module > Release > Release.
- Confirm the release when prompted.
- Release the Business Object:
- Transaction Code: SWO1
- Go to SWO1 (Business Object Builder).
- Enter the name of your business object and click Display.
- Navigate to the Methods node.
- Select your BAPI method.
- Choose Edit > Change Release Status > Object Type Component > To Released.
- Verify the Release: In SE37:
- Confirm that the function module status is set to Released.
- In SWO1:
- Ensure the method status is Released.

24INTERFACE1009 – Steps to Release Object and method for BAPI function module
- Release the Function Module:
- Transaction Code: SE37
- Go to SE37 (Function Builder).
- Enter the name of your function module.

- Transaction Code: SWO1
- Go to SWO1 (Business Object Builder).
- Enter the name of your business object and click Display.
- Navigate to the Methods node.
- Select your BAPI method.
- Choose Edit > Change Release Status > Object Type Component > To Released.
- Verify the Release: In SE37:
- Confirm that the function module status is set to Released.
- In SWO1:
- Ensure the method status is Released.
